Day 1: Johannesburg to Manyeleti Game Reserve
Depart O.R. Tambo Airport in Johannesburg this morning for a one hour flight to Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport. A representative will be waiting at the airport to transfer you to your safari lodge where you will be staying for the next two nights. Enjoy a welcome drink and spending quality time at leisure on the deck of your luxurious suite this afternoon before high tea is served.
Then it is time for your first Big Five safari experience in the Manyeleti Game Reserve with your experienced ranger and tracker. Return from the game drive for a superb candlelit dinner at the lodge.
Day 2: Safari Lodge in Manyeleti Game Reserve
An early wake-up call with tea and coffee will be followed by the morning game drive in an open safari vehicle with blankets on each seat to ward off the dawn chill. You will also be supplied with a canvas bag containing binoculars, reference books and sumptuous treats. Your ranger and tracker know the reserve intimately and will share their extensive knowledge on the wildlife encountered during your game drives.A hot brunch will be served at the lodge after the morning game drive and then you have the choice of either joining your ranger on a one hour bush walk or maybe indulging yourself in a special treatment at the spa. Afternoon tea will be followed by the evening game drive with spotlight to look for elusive nocturnal creatures.Day 3: Manyeleti Game Reserve to Johannesburg
Your well-deserved South African safari holiday in Manyeleti Game Reserve draws to an end. Today there will be time for a last morning game drive before breakfast. Thereafter you will be transferred to Hoedspruit airport for your flight back to Johannesburg.Included
